I presume what the Task Force voted was a recommendation to refer the final draft the S.6 Study Group Chairman and TMC staff for the balloting process. The Task Force will meet next at the Fall Meeting to review the results of the ballot.

We reviewed all changes and took an informal vote to pass this Revised RP along for changes. The group decided not to add content to replace Spoke designs with standard hubs available today because the brake shoe alignment with the drum can't be guaranteed.
