    ·         Chairman Skinner called the meeting to order

    ·         Chairman Skinner reviewed our goal for today's meeting

    ·         Chairman Skinner opened with a review of TMC meeting guidelines and Task Force Leadership update

    ·         Chairman Skinner reviewed the meeting agenda which has already been posted to TMC Connect and there were no questions.

o   History of meetings to date was reviewed.

    ·        Chair Skinner noted that the task force would be reviewing categories even if the persons who volunteered for those categories is not present in the call, so that the Task Force can discuss and potentially gain consensus, and continue the progress that has been made

    ·         A review of content began after asking if there were any questions

    ·         The draft document was displayed to the group, and Chairman Skinner moved thru the Preface, Scope, etc. as well as the Categories that already have consensus.

    ·         A review of the Categories not yet gaining consensus was begun

o   Chairman Skinner maintained the draft document as the meeting progressed

o   A comparison/companion approach to "Guidance on inventory timing for dormant parts" and RP531 needs to be completed.

§  Chairman Skinner, Jeff Baker to make this comparison

o   "Process for disposing of dormant or obsolete parts" category is going to be "Scrapped", however, the content should be sent to Paul Birkenstock to be updated/included with RP531

§  Amanda and Wayne noted that there are several items to be potentially moved – will need a Motion during RP review at the Spring Meeting to reopen RP531 for modification (Task Force)

    ·         Handling Warranty Parts:  A consensus of the attendees agreed to pare down the content of this category to just that appropriate to Parts Room Design, and in the spring meeting, request that a new Task Force be created to address the overall handling of Warranty Parts.

o   Discussion about combining Handling of Warranty Parts and Core Parts, as the Parts Room Design requirements are essentially the same.

o   The disposition and handling may be different, so TF should keep the two separate categories with essentially same Design requirements

o   Decision made to keep as two categories

    ·         The Task Force was unable to review the last two categories due to time, so a request for a February meeting was posed

    ·         A review of RP voting was briefly discussed

    ·         Closing remarks were made:

o   Amanda Schuier noted that great progress is being made – seconded by Bailey Stephenson

o   Chair Skinner:  Will reach out to the group with a proposed meeting date in February

    ·         Chair Skinner adjourned the meeting
