    Task Force team,

    Following this morning's final TF call, we have finalized the draft of our Recommended Practice on Parts Room Design Standardization!

    Please take a few moments to review the attached draft prior to the Spring meeting since we will not have another working session between now & New Orleans.

    Also, the S5 Parts Room Design Standardization Task Force will hold its third meeting in open session during the 2024 Spring Meeting in New Orleans, LA, on Monday, March 4, 2024 from 1:30 – 2:00pm.

    The meeting will be conducted by Task Force Chair Wayne Skinner, Task Force Co-Chair Chad Kinnision, and Task Force Secretary Thomas Kilchenstein.

    The following agenda will be followed:
    • Call to Order / Opening Remarks / ATA Antitrust Guidelines.
    • Task Force Leadership Review.
    • RP Overview / Purpose.
    • Task Force Progress since TMC 2023 Fall Meeting.
    • Motion to submit for balloting.
