Just for clarification, the Task Force makes a recommendation to the Study Group Chairman who submits the draft of the proposal to staff. Once accepted, staff constructs the official Ballot Version of the proposed RP and conducts the balloting process. Results are send to the SG and Task Force Chairmen for review and addressing negative votes and/or comments at the next public meeting, and if appropriate, recommending the proposal with any final adjustments to the 90-day Appeals Process prior to publication.
We don't want there to be any confusion that a Task Force is the origin of the ballot, but only TMC itself.
