Bio

With the increasing convergence between on-board and off-board truck technologies, there is an industry need to ensure that adopted technologies – either voluntary or through government regulation – are integrative and cost-beneficial to the trucking industry. My position helps fulfill these goals by serving as a key link between ATA’s Technology & Maintenance Council, the Information Technology & Logistics Council and appropriate ATA Policy Committees.

In fulfilling this liaison function, my position co-staffs the Technology & Engineering Policy Committee and the Technical Advisory Group (TAG), and ensures that industry best practices – where practicable – are leveraged by those government agencies regulating trucking.
