    Version 4 of the draft of the draft is now posted to the S.18 Task Force library.  Please comment back as soon as possible.  Note that this is close to the final product and after review at the public Task Force session at the TMC Fall Meeting it may be ready for recommendation into the balloting process.

    If there are substantive comments posted in response, we will schedule a private meeting of the Task Force in late August as needed. If not, we will defer the formal (final?) review into the Fall Meeting.
