Is there a working draft of the work product (RP, PP or IR) that can be posted to the community as a discussion thread for input from the Task Force Members?
Presuming the intended output would be an Engineering RP proposal, development of a rough outline starting from this public session would be a good first step in the consensus building process going forward.
