    Attached is a draft outline for the development of this RP Project. We need Subject Matter Experts to join the Task Force and contributions of materials and/or resource references to assist in this project.  A closed meeting of the Task Force will take place in June at ATA HQ in Washington, DC and via TEAMS to work on the draft.  In the meantime please submit your ideas and comments to this string.  Please also help us to recruit members for the Task Force who you feel would add to the value of the project.
