Make sure that the Task Force is discussing and posting its working draft and closed meeting minutes, and if such presentations are made during closed Task Force Meetings, noting how the TF intends to use third party information as a basis to begin drafting a proposal for a Recommended Practice. Any such information that is copyrighted by other organizations must be disclosed as part of the RP development process if such is the become a part of the proposal, used with permission and properly cited with source references. Proper citations are also required if the Task Force's work product is going to be an Information Report or Position Paper, and the consensus building process must be clear in the Task Force's discussions.
