TMC’s leadership plays an important part in creating industry recognized recommended maintenance and engineering practices determining the direction of the Council and improving the productivity and safety of transport equipment and its maintenance. Talented, young fleet professionals who join the TMC Leaders of Tomorrow program (TLOT) become part of the Council’s foundation for building a better and stronger trucking industry.
The program is open to individuals with five or less years experience in the industry and/or 40 years of age or younger.
