TMC and Fullbay have joined forces to present the 2020-2021 State of Heavy-Duty Repair report. This report is available as a TMC member benefit!
This first-of-its-kind report reveals insights and trends in the commercial vehicle repair industry, including demographics, average revenue, the impact of COVID-19, and more.
A few of the key findings from the report included an average gross revenue per shop of between $500,000 to $2 million per year. Additionally, while 54 percent of respondents indicated COVID-19 resulted in a decrease in revenue, 43 percent reported no change or an increase.
In addition to the industry data, the report includes recommended practices from both TMC and Fullbay. TMC members will be provided a link to a premium version of the report exclusive to TMC members.
